If you've (or someone has) noticed that a certain anime, manga, or video character look and/or act like you OR you admire a certain anime, manga, or video character that you unconsciously (or not!) mimic their appearance, mannerisms, outlook, et cetera, please consider joining ALTER EGO. (I realize that sentence is waaay too long, but I don't care. Nyah ^______^;) Why? Because... Well, you know.

Just like any other cliques, this too has a set of rules. They're not too complicated really, just basic stuff.

1] Your site, blog, or journal must be nicely done. No brightly coloured text on brightly coloured background. No intruding midis.

2] Your site must have some anime and/or rpg related links. No hentai and/or character bashing allowed. And there must be content other than a few words and pictures.

3] The code must be on your site before signing up.

4] It must be on the main page. Or if you want, it must be on a special page that lists the cliques you've joined. This would make it easier for me to find the AE Code.

5] I will check once in a while if the code is still up on your site. If I don't see it anywhere, I will remove your url from the members' list.

6] If you're moving or closing your site, please notify me so I can either change the url or remove it from the members list. It's irritating to click on a url that leads to nowhere.

So here's the code you would have to put on your site. Just copy the text below and stick it somewhere in your page. Fill in the blank with the name of your anime, manga, or video game character and voila! Easy, right?
